  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
